This poem is from SNOOPY’s RAG - the “Da Boss is Getting Short” issue, Oct 69?

I have come, and I have gone
But there are some Reo’s who will stay on
I’ll be home on Xmas Eve
While you poor so & so’s still roll down your sleeves
Because, as you know & from what you have read
The duty mosquito will bite you dead
But never mind, your year will end
And by this time you are around the bend
From scrubbing, mopping & sweeping floors
From walking in and out of swing doors.

At the end is your reward
When they take you away to the Psycho Ward
Where you will spend the rest of your life
Convincing yourself you’d make a good wife.
